(Second session: Unleashing entrepreneurship to end poverty in the Least Developed Countries)

Mr. Shomik Chaudhuri presented the Institute’s recommendations on the issue under discussion at the meeting on June 22, 2006 at the ECOSOC Chambers, UN Headquarters, and also interjected later to speak about the model of micro-credit pursued by the Institute through projects in the tribal areas of India. It was highly acclaimed by the diplomats, civil society representatives and ministers of different countries.
